I was contacted by the HR manager after submitting my resume. He ultimately conducted a brief phone screening and let me know he would be in touch should they decide to move me forward for an in-person interview. One week later, I received that call and within 2 days, I was in the Executive Offices in front of the HR Manager as well as the hiring VP. The conversation flowed very easily and I learned quite a bit more about the company and the expectations for this role. It appears to be ideal for me and I'm hoping to get an offer of employment.

I sent a resume via Indeed.com and received a call from the Human Resource Manager the same day. He conducted a phone interview that day. He basically just went through my employment history and was very thorough. He called me back shortly after the phone interview to set up an in-person interview with himself and the VP of Personnel, which was a few days later. I received a link to The Predictive Index, which I filled out before the in-person interview. Both the HR Manager and VP of Personnel interviewed me. They both put me at ease and I felt the interview went well. They spoke about the company culture a lot which was important to me and I was glad that they did. They said they have other candidates to see still but I should hear from them soon.
