I saw a job posting on craiglist on a sunday night. I applied. I receive a call on Monday morning for a phone interview and then I was set up with an 1:1 for the following week. I first took a computer test, drug test then I had an group/panel (5) interview which we talked about my skills, on what to I do to keep up with technology. I then had had another group/panel Inteview which consist of (3) people where they ask me basicly the same question but it was way more informal. They wanted to know how I got along in groups/teams. The there where a personality test, IQ/Inelligent test that was done before I left. The whole Process took 5 hours. There were no lunch being offered only water.

Casual phone conversation, a few typical questions about agile, software development, etc. I felt comfortable during the phone call, there were two people on the call interviewing me at once.
