The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

interview is a few steps- they first have you answer questions on the computer about yourself if you pass you go on to the next step ...make sure to answer the computer questions wisely if not you will not move forward. Questions include how many jobs did you not include in your resume...do you have felonies...how is your driving record

You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
