A blessing in disguise. How unprofessional! To start, the “recruit/HR” sounds like she smokes 8 packs of cigarettes a day. The two interviews went awesome. I was told they get back to EVERYONE, no matter the outcome. I was told by the interviewer “we don’t ghost anyone” LOL Guess I was lied to. I’ve been GHOSTED. If this is the way they treat potential candidates, I can only assume they treat employees/customers the same way. WHEN YOU PROMISES A CALL BACK, DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE. 😉otherwise don’t promise what you can’t deliver, like a call/email or even a car✌🏼

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme CSE chez CarMax
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez CarMax (Fort Worth, TX) en oct. 2015
Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward and took about 2 weeks before they offered me the job. There were 3 rounds of interviews, the first on the phone and the last 2 onsite. I met with a couple of sales managers the first time there and a couple of different sales managers as well as the general manager the second time before I was asked to provide a urine sample at the completion of the last interview. I was offered the job after they received the UA results.
