First interview asked basic questions about why you want to work at Carmax, your background and 1-2 scenario questions around customer service or dealing with a conflict.
The second interview focuses on "tell me about a time" questions. These are directly related to the Carmax values for the position.

Filled out very detailed application online listing basic info as well as previous employers in last 7 years. Intensive interview process with phone interview, online assessments, multiple interviews with different managers, and an intensive background screening process where you answer questions about your criminal history, drug use, etc. Expect the interview process to take a few hours.
