Recruiter called to schedule a phone interview at my convenience. Interview questions were simple and straightforward. Asked around 4 questions which were focused on team work and customer service questions. Interviewer was very polite and provided a positive view of the company. Interviewer stated that they would make a decision regarding the position the following week.
The interview process for this position is typical for this position. There was an online application. Not that long to fill out. It also had an in person interview. Good.

The interview process at Carmax is Long, and a lot of questions to find out what type of person you are, personal questions, and also situation question like scenarios on “how would you handle this at your old job”

It was nice and straight forward and the interview process was fast and they ask alot about your experience they are very understanding and confronting you need to be socal and not nervous
