I interviewed with a software engineering manager at the Grace Hopper Conference, and then onsite where I had two 1 on 1 interviews with other Software Engineering Managers. All interviews were primarily technical, with some questions about my past experience with projects in school or in previous internships, and then time for me to ask questions. Everyone I interviewed with was incredibly nice and easy to work with - all the interviews felt like discussions between colleagues, and the recruiter who I talked with was also friendly and always prompt in getting back to me - I was surprised by how well organized everything was since I believe this was their first year recruiting new grads.
