Fairly standard - I applied, spoke with the lead recruiter on the phone followed by a phone conversation with the HR VP. Had an onsite interview lasting about two - three hours with several team members.
I received what seemed to be a positive email the same day of my onsite conversations asking me to keep the team looped into my search and suggesting they were interested in proceeding with me as a candidate. I followed up immediately with enthusiasm, but received no further response. After about a week of silence, I sent another follow-up email, but again, received no response.
Really poor experience to make a candidate think they are a fit and that you want to potentially hire them, then go absolutely silent because they are considering other potential options. Wouldn't recommend to others.
