      Entretien

I applied for this company and I basically got an immediately callback to come in for an interview. I jumped at the opportunity to interview. I was scheduled to meet with a woman named Heather. When the day of the interview came, I walked up to the reception area only to find that no one was there. What I mean by that is that there were employees all around the building but no one was there to take me when going to the reception area. I waited for about a minute before someone acknowledged me they told me to have a seat and someone would be with me. I was hesitant, because the person that told me this was on their way out. I sat knowingly that it bothered me but I kept searching for someone to get me to meet with the person I needed to. I met with one of the owners because she was sick. Interview went well, I enjoyed meeting him. Then I was called back to meet with the same person and the other owner. When I came and again she was not there. After that interview, I got another phone call saying that I would need to meet Heather officially. So I came back, met her and she told me that they would have a decision made by the next day. I waited the next day, nothing. It has now been a week. I already assume that they do not think I am qualified for the position but for them to not let me know is so unprofessional. Who would tell you that you will hear back from them the next day but doesn't follow through. And to further display their unprofessionalism, I found them via Craigslist, they originally stated their compensation is between $48K - $55K. After I did my final interview, they placed another ad that same day dropping the compensation to $17/Hr and then a few days later, they placed the same add and changed the compensation to $20/Hr. And the kicker, they don't offer PTO. It is offered after you've been with the company for a year then you will start accruing. And they are telling me that they want to emphasize on employee morale and culture. You are most definitely not going to get employee morale up that way. Seems like a bunch of people running around with their heads cut off.
