4 stages, one phone, three personal across over 2 months, with a delay down to vacation and recruitment of the new senior leadership team. Interviews with my now first and second line manager, followed by second line manager & CEO interview.

Very professional interview process with senior management and HR. Open & honest approach to discuss role & company which resulted in a productive dialogue. Also encouraged to ask challenging questions etc.
