Four rounds over four weeks similar to previous reviews of the interview process. No real feedback. I was supposedly a top candidate but wasn’t offered the role. I had to communicate to the office in person during a very cold period in Washington. Organization seems very overwhelmingly white. Which may be a contributing factor and I interviewed with many people who have no IT background. I would avoid per previous reviews.
