I talked to recruiter over the phone first. Then I had an interview through SKYPE with the same recruiter. After that, I had another interview through SKYPE with the DM and lastly a SKYPE interview with the Senior Director of stores.

A series of three interviews beginning with a recruiter, who would filter applicants for the District Manager, and ultimately the Regional VP. Before the interview with the RVP, there is also a written exercise, to validate communication skills and ability to complete reports. The last interview is always the hardest, but one or more of these may be done via skype. You must dress professional but fashionable.

I was very excited to see online that Michael Kors was hiring. I applied online through LinkedIn and was in contact with the hiring manager within a week. I then had a phone interview with a recruiter which was then followed by 3 interviews with top executives.
