The interview was a very fast 3 day process between getting the first interview scheduled and being offered the job at the end of the third interview. They had a first interview to get a feel of you who are; an hour long second interview to tell you all about the company, the salary expectations and to ask you some questions about yourself; and a third phone interview to round out their expectations of you. They were not open to salary negotiations at all, and the turnaround time for a new hire felt too good to be true as they offered me the job on the spot at the end of the third phone interview.
