The first on site interview was with the VP, who effectively runs all operations now, and would be considered a "screening" interview. Received feedback the same day that they wanted to progress to a second interview. That was a joint interview with the department manager, and also the division director. Immediately afterwards, I interviewed with the company president, who also explained the benefits package. Received an offer within a week. Very professional experience all around.
