I got to know a person who works there through a friend of mine and then stayed in touch with that person. Then he and I had a couple of conversations, which impressed him to have me move onto the next step. I got an onsite interview. Then was asked lots of personality questions and conversation about what projects I worked on. I was asked if I was willing to learn a new technology stack. I said yes then the next day I got an offer.
