The interview consists of an initial 10 minute informal call, followed by an online coding problem (camera on but no interviewer). Then in person assessment day with other candidates. This included an individual presentation, group exercises and some more technical problems.

First you get a contact from HR. Very nice lady that will just ask questions about you, uni, interests, hobbies. No tricky questions like weaknesses or strength, an informal chat. Then an interview with 2 senior software engineers for about an hour that included mainly question to try to see if you are a right for the company, if you are fit culturally. Will through your Cv and ask you questions about what you stated you know - these questions will always have follow-ups. There will be questions about agile, design patterns, standard code practices. There will also be motivational and competency based questions. The format is kind of informal, they don't have a list of questions, the questions will follow from the conversation. The guys are really nice too.
