My 1st phone interview was excellent. the 2nd sit-down interview became clear that there was room for ironing out wrinkles, but I was warned of this in my first interview.

Entretien
Went through a third party hire then interviewed with head manager. It went great, they chose someone else. Would interview again if the opportunity arises. It was to manage 13 buildings and my experience was just slightly under that many units to oversea at the time.

The hiring process was quick and the knowledge shared lead a good case for the future goal of the property and why maintenance wasn't able to be kept up sooner. The application of this knowledge wasn't there after hire.
