J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capital One

One assessment, one phone screen, and the one power day as mentioned by the other interviews. Difficulty was fairly standard, but I did have a negative experience with one of the interviewers for the system design round - overall pretty condescending and took the question in a lot of ways trying to press answers despite me telling him I don't know.
Recruiters were especially really disorganized and downright rude to me. They missed their scheduled calls 5 different times, and called me during times I explicitly told them I wasn't available. During the offer call, the recruiter was especially condescending and rude, and didn't acknowledge any concerns - he even expressed frustration with me trying to schedule calls with other members of the team I'd be on or the hiring manager. No other company had ever shown me this much disrespect.
The team I met was overall great. I declined the offer due to my experience with the recruiters. It was clear they saw me as a number or metric, not as a person, which spoke volumes about the company culture.

Interviewed for an engineer position, the interview was a joke. Asked basic OOP question with a few follow ups - no system design portion. Interviewer was very laid back and chill, didn't take it to seriously.
Was not too difficult. three total interviews all on the same day back to back. technical one, behavioral one and a case which was more of just a debugging question
Expecting a challenging experience, I found the interview at Capital One to be intense, particularly during the system design section. The question on designing a rate limiter with a token bucket algorithm took me by surprise; mid-way through the problem, I realized it was very similar to a drill I’d practiced on prachub.com just days earlier. The technical rounds included several DSA questions, and the interviewers were thorough but supportive. Ultimately, I received an offer and happily accepted, feeling well-prepared despite the pressure.
