There was an initial phone interview with the HR recruiter. After answering his questions satisfactorily, I was asked to complete 2 online skills assessments (verbal reasoning and technical). I passed those tests and was then asked to do a phone interview with the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager, I was asked to do a day of full interviews, consisting of 3 behavioral interviews and 2 job fit interviews. To prepare for the interviews, I wrote questions and answers that I thought would be asked. They asked questions pertaining to dealing with a difficult situation, dealing with confidential data, and dealing with a team that hadn't performed well--to name a few. It's important to have examples that can be used for several types of questions.
The company seems to be quite focused on its employees. The atmosphere is casual, where I was told that you can even wear shorts to the office. The company has a cubicle environment, however, for every level.
