Tech fit - What is your fav language and how did you use it recently
Tech fit - What is the recent tech problem you solved?
Behavioral - Tell me about a time questions..
Overall it was good but I wasn't offer.

Had a good experience interviewing for a role in Capital One's Cambridge office. A couple of phone screens and then a "Power Day" of 6 or 7 face-to-face interviews at their HQ in VA for technical and culture fit.

Question 1
For the technical interviews, lots of detailed questions about experience, tools and delivery. I also was given some poorly-written code to fix. Job/culture fit questions were what you'd expect.

Entretien
Very tough but very fast and efficient. there was an interview with a recruiter followed by an on site interview and a decision was made within two weeks. This all took place at the office in Richmond VA.
