Initial phone interview then online assessment. Questions on the online assessment clearly showed they only want a certain type of person to work at the company, for example, ‘how much is the average ski pass at Aspen,’ ‘which luxury brand did Napoleon use’ and ‘which LA restaurant recently received a Michelin star’ Avoid if you aren’t privately educated clearly!

Submitted resume. Contacted by recruiter for interview. 30 minute interview which went well. Said she would like to move forward and moved to the assessment phase. Said if I passed assessment I would get additional interviews. Said I would know almost immediately if assessment not passed. Did not hear back so was expecting an additional interview. Waited eleven days after assessment and received the decided to move forward with other candidates message. Waste of time.
