Starting with your JMP. They ask questions step by step. They are very nice and polite. I tried to answer the questions as much as possible. However, I didn't find out what part of my answers was wrong so I didn't get the next round. I asked for feedback later, they said it is confidential.

First round is similar to job market talk. Explain you jmp and Q&A. Introduction about the team and open conversation. Second round is power day with 5 one-hour rounds. Case study on statistics, math case study, chat with hiring manager, case study on capital one related problem and coding session.

Straightforward, fair, and quick. Phone screen, then panel interview, then power day all within a period of two weeks. The recruiter outlined the process since the beginning and it was really easy to understand. All the material you need to prepare is provided to you.
