They asked about 3 behavioral type questions. At the end of the questions, they set up a role play scenario to see how you would answer the phone and address the customer using soft skills.

The whole process does take a while but its so worth it, I am excited to have gotten this far in the process, dont give up and believe in urself 100% You will get it!!!

Their interview process sucks & it’s all over the place. The whole process takes 2 weeks, you talk & interview with 3-4 different people virtually just to have your time wasted. Don’t have your hopes up with these people.

Very concise and I felt very good about myself throughout the process. There were a lot of assessments online before talking to someone. The recruiters are kind and take their time with you.
