It was a four stage interview process. The first, second and third stages were technical interviews and the fourth stage was a behavioral interview. The first stage was an system architecture question, the second stage a coding challenge and the third stage a debugging question.

Design a system that allows residents of an apartment complex made up of several buildings, to view the power usage for their unit and allows the building manager to view the power usage for each floor in each building.

all good overall, would recommend brush up your DSA. That's something they put to much weight on. Put some thoughts on system design and show them your brainstorming think loudly.
I was met with an immediate code challenge upon application submission regardless of qualifications ir consideration for the role. This will be timed and proctored with your camera and screen both shared to a 3rd party.

The interview process followed the STAR methodology, focusing on situational and behavioral questions. There were technical rounds covering coding, system design, and practical problem-solving, as well as questions about past work experience, teamwork, and project delivery. The overall experience was structured, professional, and gave insight into the company’s work culture.
