HR was friendly and I found the hiring manager also to be very cordial and professional. Questions were pointed and they were very focused on "product intent." Product is very much a respected discipline at Capital One.

Consists of 4 different types of business case interviews. Took over a month to schedule 3 of them. Required you to do random math and remember a series of information. Not sharing the details on a screen made it extremely difficult to keep track of all the different data points. Very confusing.
