Online tests then one way video interview - few mins to prepare each video answer then one take to answer each one. Mixed in with some written answers - unlimited time to do these. About 8 questions in total.
Initial online assessment comprising of business case questions with a lot of red herrings, followed by a mini case and buddy call. Mini case was on profitability and interviewer led.

First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
