Took about a week to get a response from my submittal, but after that the next two steps went quick. The online quantitative test was very hard but I passed that along with behavioral phone interview. Unfortunately, that is where it ended. Despite being recommended to move further in the interview process, I got caught in a Capital One internal reorganization, which caused any final decisions on bringing in outside candidates for positions to be dragged on for over a month. In the end, they de-listed the job opening because they hired someone internally who had their position "re-org'd". Sucks for me but no hard feelings as you have to respect a company for protecting its own first.
