I was invited to do an on-site interview in Plano, TX by a recruiter about three days later I submitted my application online. My flight was a day before the interview and they reserved a room for me at a very nice hotel. They also gave me a Lyft coupon for my commute and $75/day for meals. The interview was the following day in the morning. There was a shuttle that took me to the campus, which took about less than 5 minutes. There were three interviews, the first one was the HR interview, the second was the technical interview, and the last one was a case interview. This may be different for each candidate but mine was in that order, each lasted about 45 mins - 1 hr. The technical questions were written in Java, although you could use whatever, chances are you increase yours using Java. You can practice for HR by watching going over your resume and commonly asked behavioral questions. There were only three technical questions, not too difficult (at least the first two). The case interview was something I've never experienced before and it was difficult for me to understand what they wanted from me. It was very open-ended so I suppose you need to breakdown the problem, point out bugs, suggest better solutions, what technologies and methods you'd use, and explain why yours is better. Two days later, I received an update and was not offered the position. I hope my experience helps you and I hope you get the job!
