Initially I applied and did a case interview on campus. I then heard I had passed this interview and would need to take an online assessment. Make sure you move very quickly through the assessment. Move on if you get stuck, as you do not have a lot of time. After passing the assessment I was invited to Richmond for the final round interviews. We had finger food and drinks at the hotel the night before and got to meet current analysts. The next day consisted of two case interviews, a behavioral interview, lunch, and a tour of the campus. I was notified within 3 business days the result of my interview. Be sure to practice basic break even problems. The math is very easy, but make sure you do not get flustered. Ask plenty of questions. The cases were significantly longer and more difficult than the case provided on their web site or during the campus interview. Try to practice interviewing as much as possible before applying. The recruiter was very nice, and despite not getting an offer, it was a very positive experience.
