J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capital One (New York, NY) en mai 2018
Entretien
First round was an HR interview and was mostly about describing yourself/ your resume.
Second round was a REST app project where Hackerrank test cases were used. Pretty simple project even if you've never used the tools before. You have 72 hours to complete it which is plenty of time.
Third round was a technical interview with the master software engineer. She asked around 12 questions ranging from front end tools to java tools. Lots of spring framework and basic java questions. Very easy questions and I answered 11/12 correctly.
Didn't get any further even though I felt it went really well and wasn't really given a reason besides the generic we've decided to proceed with other candidates. Everyone was super friendly.

all good overall, would recommend brush up your DSA. That's something they put to much weight on. Put some thoughts on system design and show them your brainstorming think loudly.
I was met with an immediate code challenge upon application submission regardless of qualifications ir consideration for the role. This will be timed and proctored with your camera and screen both shared to a 3rd party.

30 min screener
1 hour technical
4 hour "power day"
the technical was pretty easy, simple codesignal problems, whatever language you want.
the power day was more difficult, just a slog of answering questions and coming up with stuff to ask the other interviewers.
