Easy case interview on campus. After passing initial case interview, had to take an online verbal/quantitative assessment and a personality assessment. Apparently most people pass these too. After passing the assessments, was invited to their HQ. They flew us in and had us stay in a hotel right next to their HQ, met with current analysts the previous night. On interview day, they set up a room per applicant and interviewers would come to you. 2 case interviews and 1 behavioral, with the case interviews being much more difficult than the initial. Some applicants were asked to stay for an additional interview after lunch. I was not, and got a call two days later saying that I was not getting an offer. They told me I simply didn't do well enough on the cases.
