Step 2: Data Science Challenge
Step 3: Power Day - which is 4 interview sessions in one day that will be scheduled if you pass the data science challenge

Data Science challenge will be based on a dataset provided and you have to apply your stats and coding skills. Power Day will also be highly based on statistics knowledge.
