The process begins with an initial conversation with the recruiter. If you’re selected to move forward, you’ll have a prep session to get ready for the next stage. From there, you’ll take part in a 1–2 day “Power Day,” which includes one introductory interview, two technical interviews, and one behavioral interview. It’s important to use the STAR method when answering behavioral questions. I personally interviewed with multiple teams before ultimately receiving an offer.
