Started by going to the COAF career site and filling out a profile and submitting an application. I got a phone call about three or four days later from a recruiter and did a general "are you qualified and/or interested" phone interview. Scheduled a face to face interview at the COAF offices. It was general, "why would you be a good fit?", how would your best friend describe you?", and can you follow out rule type questions. Interviewer was very fun to talk to we joked and laughed. Had a second interview directly after which was more standard business questions. Discussed previous work history and education. Did some mock phone calls (being that it's a phone based job) and ended with a hand shake and the promise of a call the next week. Got the call in 4 days and had the job.

Lengthy behavioral and IQ tests but was very fun. Felt like I was being weeded out for jury duty and made it to 2nd interview.
