The interview process consisted of an initial screen via Codesignal, followed by a PowerDay.
The PowerDay had 3 interviews in total, back to back and with a 1 hour lunch break: Case (code based - debugging), Technical (coding - write code to solve a task, leetcode style), and Behavioral

Walk through an implementation and, given a set of errors, identify the bugs and fix them.
Data structures coding , less algorithm.
Mostly cares about communication , less implementation.
Case study - involved bug squashing (easy to fix) and was asked couple of design choice questions.

Behavioral + Technical Case + Technical Interview. Technical Case unique to Capital One, code review + possibly writing your own code. Technical Interview involved input + parsing and OOP. Behavioral 3 STAR questions, doesn't take up the whole hour.
