The selection procedure is mainly of two parts, namely interview and induction. The interview is actually a 3 round process; wherein the first step you will have to take a grammar test online. It you qualify for the same, then you will be given a topic to write on; then on qualifying the same, you will be allotted to work on a live project. If everything goes well, you will be called for induction, which is for maximum 2 days. If you pass this phase, then voila! U get the offer letter :)
