CV, Transcript and optional cover letter answering question how have you changed since the day you first set foot on campus. The next stage is 1 interview on your campus. If you pass this interview, the next stage is an interview at their office nearest to you. If you pass that interview, they will then fly you to LA for the last. Each interview uses behavioral questions and they do not expect you to have any knowledge of finance or business. However, please note, do not apply to this specific program if you have an MBA.

Attended a campus event and went to a coffee morning with some current tappers. Then submitted two paragraphs in response to the question "what is something unique we should know about you" and got invited to the first round of interviews soon afterwards. The next day I was informed that I had passed that round and was invited to an interview day in London. I had three back to back behavioural interviews and breakfast/lunch either side with the other candidates and a current tapper.

The Interview process was extremely organized. I had my first round on campus. It was fully behavioral, and I was asked a wide range of quite unusual behavioral questions, like what makes you a fun person. The second round interview was very intense- 3 interviews, back-to-back in New York, and they felt a lot more serious and high-stakes.
