You have to play a series of cognitive and situational awareness games/tests for the first round. For the second round you have to do a recorded video interview. The third round is where you have to do the assessment centre where you do a series of competency based interviews for several roles. After going through all rounds it is decided by you interviewers and HR into which department you are placed.
