What followed was multiple phone interviews followed by a long (~4.5 hour) in person interview with a series of different managers. The process was entirely culture oriented. They want behaviors, not skills. Be sure to be very detailed with your stories and provide a lot of reflection. They want to hear how you feel about what you did, not just what you did.
