Telephonic Round (Initial Screening Call) 📞 Purpose: A recruiter or HR representative conducts this call to assess your basic qualifications, experience, and communication skills before moving forward. What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your background, skills, and experience. ✅ Discussion about your current job, notice period, and salary expectations. ✅ Basic questions about the role and company. ✅ Questions to check your availability for the next rounds. Tips to Succeed: 🔹 Keep your answers clear and concise. 🔹 Highlight your key skills and experience relevant to the job. 🔹 Speak confidently and professionally. 2. Screening Round (HR / Recruiter Screening) 🎯 Purpose: A deeper assessment of your resume, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture and expectations. What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your past projects, tools used, and domain knowledge. ✅ Discussion on your team collaboration, challenges faced, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Verification of job history, certifications, and employment gaps (if any). ✅ Basic questions about company policies, benefits, and salary range. Tips to Succeed: 🔹 Be honest about your experience and skills. 🔹 Show enthusiasm about the role and company. 🔹 Ask relevant questions about team structure, expectations, and growth opportunities. 3. Technical Round (Core Skill Assessment) 💻 Purpose: Evaluates your technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience.       3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

      La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés. La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.
