Entretien
I applied online through the company's website. I completed a telephone screening with the recruiter followed by a panel interview by the hiring manager and others. I was told it was it would be a one stage interview process. When I interviewed on Tuesday the hiring manager said it was actually a 2 stage interview process and they wanted to arrange second interviews by Thursday/Friday as they needed to move quickly and make an offer by the end of the week. Since I didn't get contacted I knew I was unsuccessful, despite this the recruiter kept saying she didn't have feedback and thought it was a one stage interview process. Either they were completely awful at internal communication or the recruiter just kept stringing me along.
