L1 - basic coding check, domain related question
L2 - interview with manager, quite tough as compared to L1
Next then basic HR, negotiation and other stuffs
A call from HR to schedule an interview with a specialist to discuss the project I worked on, followed by a discussion about the project that Capgemini Engineering is working on.
