Entretien
Interviewing proces was a big disappointment to me. Technical interview was conducted by two people, friendly and open to conversations. When it came to scheduling an interview with the Hiring manager, first he rescheduled it last minute. Then he did not show up for second date. After I have contacted HR after 20 minutes of waiting, HR contacted him. He reply that he was waiting for me and I was the one who did not showed up! No apologies or anything. I felt like I need to explain myslef that I was indeed waiting for the interview on time, and I was not the one who messed up. During the scheduled meeting with him he said nothing about this situation, (maybe some explanation would be nice?). It was not bad until I was talking about my current position. He bluntly gave me to understand that I am lying, because it is not possible for one person be able to handle this workload. Well, I WAS NOT LYING. It's a shame how women are treated in this sector. Interviewing was just a waste of time, and later I got an update that "the project might be too hard for me".
