Very bad experience I had with this company.
Asking questions on basic and delivered my answer. As per my total experience what I attended as of now everyone asking for logic and steps and some syntax.
But interviewer want answer according to him like creating class to till complete execution every steps.
Who knows what his mind, interviewer can ask to maintain every step. But without asking this thing... You are not good in basic.
WTF... If they don't want logic... What he will do with syntex writing.
If someone don't know the logic how that guy will delivered his task.
Fully disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
