Interview process is smooth and it was nice to meet experienced professional in the payment consultant field. However, the interviewer constantly ask follow-up questions, so there's not much you can do to prepare. The follow-up process after the interview is very bad at Capco and needs improvement.
It was total of 4 processes. HR -> Team head -> Department head -> Direct manager
It was all processed in chill zoom call & very friendly atmosphere and i really had good impression to the company after the interview.
