      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CapTech (Richmond, VA) en mars 2019

      Entretien

      I was notified about the open position via Glassdoor and messaged an internal employee for a referral. My resume was reviewed and I was contacted the next day for an initial phone screen, followed by a technical phone screen the following week, and an in-person interview with the finance team. The initial phone screen was very straightforward and the talent acquisitions team had all of the answers regarding the position and target salary range I was looking for. The technical interview was a deeper dive into the position with the Senior Accountant as well as testing comfort levels with systems, tasks, and situations in the workplace. In-person interviews were an extension of the technical, meeting with the Payroll & Benefits Admin, the CFO, General Accountant on the team, and Senior Accountant. In-person not only looks at the candidate's ability to perform tasks, but tests for personality fit within the company. I was promised a response by Wednesday the next week (interviewed in-person on a Friday) and was extended an offer Tuesday. I can honestly say this was one of the best interviewing experiences I've ever had. All of the questions I had were answered open and honestly, I felt I could be candid about my knowledge and experience with each interviewer, and at all times I felt the company presented a unified and supportive team aesthetic.
