Thoughtful and intentionally designed process. I got to meet the stakeholders I would be working with most closely, and the questions asked were relevant to the role and the experience they were looking for. There was a practical/case study portion that also tested for key competencies in the role. Everyone I met was nice and the TA team was prompt in their communication.
