2 interviews: 1) CIO and VP of People Management, and then progressed to 2) CIO and VP of Risk Management. It came down to 3 candidates and I was not selected as they were looking for more experience in the financial sector. Although disappointing, I have nothing but respect for the CIO and his decision.
