      Canvas Credit Union likes to pretend as it cares about its candidates, but the truth is the exact opposite. I was interviewed FOUR times by Canvas Credit Union, and then ghosted completely by the branch manager and by the recruiter. Unlike most companies that I've applied to in the past, Canvas Credit Union gives you false hope by pretending like they're interested in you during the interview process. Even when they're not interested in you, they will tell you about all the benefits of working for Canvas, leading you to trust the company. I am not upset that I did not get the job, I am UPSET that I was not informed that I did not get the job after FOUR interviews, and I was ghosted by branch managers and the recruiter! This is a reflection of the work ethic of Canvas Credit Union, don't apply here if you want to work for an honest company. With all the terrible reviews from its customers, Canvas Credit Union is just like regular banks. Its customer service has gone downhill, and it shows no respect for anyone's time (especially the job seekers).

Our current cycle for branch positions is application, phone interview with a Talent Team member, virtual interview with a team of Branch Managers and a branch Meet and Greet.       They call you for a phone interview, if they like you, they will set you up with the manager of the branch you applied at and set up an interview with them. The whole hiring process took about a month for me. Some people I worked with it took them two months to hear a response.
