Entretien
I understand the purpose, but the interview process was still needlessly long and convoluted. With multiple written exams needing to be killed before even moving on to the first stage of interviews, which ended up filtering me out anyways.

Question 1
They asked me to write a package statistics script in Python, which was easy. But one of the interviews was entirely focused on going over any mistakes and potential improvements in that script, so make sure you know where to improve.
Very lengthy, takes about three months, often longer. It's split into many stages, each of which filters out many candidates. The first stage is a very lengthy written interview, followed by a strange pseudo-IQ test of sorts.
The second stage is technical interviews (likely three of them).
The third stage is managerial interviews.

Hella wack thru and thru. They require somehow an even longer essay than the one you originally apply with. I feel that they don't even read half the words on it tho.
